We own a full range of measuring and testing equipment, including high-resolution projectors, universal material testers, hardness testers, salt spray testers, sand blasting testers, portable spectrophotometers, etc., which can be used to test dimensions, appearance, surface treatment, structural characteristics, and environmental impacts, etc., to ensure that all of our locks, door knobs, building hardware, valves, and furniture and bathroom hardware parts, etc., are of high reliability, whether finished products or spare parts....and other brass products, whether they are finished products or spare parts, can ensure the high reliability of the products.
All batches of copper alloy materials are accepted and tested according to the relevant standards, and in addition to the test documents provided by the supplier, double checks are carried out to confirm the quality. Inspection highlights include:

Strict control of product quality is carried out in the manufacturing process by means of in-line full inspection and roving sampling inspection. Inspection points include:
