Up to 95% completed within the factory in a consistent operation. 01-Designing and Molding
CYB can develop all kinds of forging, casting and die-casting molds with “high precision and long term” according to customer's drawings or special conceptual requirements, so as to realize customer's new product development accurately and quickly.
02-Copper alloy forging type
We have 400T, 500T, 600T, 1000T warm forging molding machine production line, and specifications from 50T ~ 110T precise and high-speed press equipment, to provide one-piece molding precise forging, forging larger forgings, forging products are quite extensive and diversified. Forged products are dense, compact, high-mechanical strength and high precision.
03-Copper forging type
CYB has a 100T~250T zinc alloy hot chamber die-casting machine production line, together with the specialized technology, we can produce sanitary ware and building hardware, leather hardware, automobile and motorcycle spare parts, pneumatic tool housings and so on, which own the characteristics of high strength and hardness, strong mechanical properties and corrosion resistance.
04-Copper casting
For special and complicated copper castings, although the speed of production is relatively slow, CYB can still meet the customer's needs by using the sand mold casting method, which can fully satisfy the customer's diversified product development needs.
05-CNC turning/milling precise machining
In terms of finishing, CYB is equipped with 2 CNC cutting centers, 4 CNC milling machines, and 9 CNC lathes for turning, milling, drilling, tapping, and other precise machining of the products, so that the products can achieve the most accurate and optimized quality.
06-Grinding, Polishing and Plating
In addition to the development and manufacturing capabilities, we also provide a full range of surface finishing capabilities, such as polishing, grinding, brushing, sandblasting, electroless, PVD, baking, and other RoHS-compliant surface treatments, to enhance the aesthetics and added value of our products.
